We ask that you read these Terms and Conditions carefully before ordering.
In accordance with the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended), these Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer in any way.
Minimum order level
As it is our policy not to impose a minimum order level, our customers are welcome to place orders of any value.
Payment methods
We are happy to accept all major credit and debit cards as payment for goods. We wish our customers to note that their card details are not stored on our system and can therefore have peace of mind that their information is safe. Our Web site employs security measures to protect against loss, misuse or alteration of data under our control. The systems we employ to enable you to make payment to us via a credit or debit card give the best industry standards of protection to our customers.
We are also happy to accept personal cheques or postal orders. If you wish to pay by either of these methods, all you need to do is complete your order and select Cheque/Postal Order during the checkout process. Your order will be processed as soon as we receive your payment. There is also a facility on our site to print out an order form for you to complete by hand and post to us with your payment if you so wish. You are also welcome to place your order by telephone using your credit or debit card.
The Offensive Weapons Act 1996
Certain products in our range e.g. craft knives can constitute an offensive weapon under the above Act if sold to under 16s. We will not therefore knowingly sell such items to under 16s. If you are purchasing such items from us, you are certifying that you are over 16, agree to provide us with truthful and accurate information and are acting in accordance with the above Act.
Choking hazards
We ask all of our customers to be aware that some small items we sell could constitute a choking hazard to small children. None of our products are sold as toys and, as such, we advise that you keep such items out of the reach of small children.
Description of goods
We make every effort to describe accurately the goods we sell. However, customers are advised that slight colour variations may occur with some products due to the production process. The colour of the goods you receive may also differ slightly from that shown on our site or reproduced by yourself onto printed material.
