Shipping & Returns

Postage and packing

Orders for delivery within the United Kingdom are charged a flat fee of £1.99.  Customers placing orders for delivery to other countries should contact us before completing their order so that we can advise them of the postage and packing cost.

 Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders by the next working day after receipt of order and clearance of payment. Orders that can be sent by letter post within the United Kingdom should be with you within two to three working days of placing an order. Heavier orders for delivery within the United Kingdom will be sent by Parcel Force or courier and will need to be signed for on delivery. In order to avoid any delays in receiving your order we ask that you let us have an alternative address where a parcel may be left if it cannot be delivered to your usual address. We must stress that whilst we will make every effort to get your order to you as quickly as is reasonably possible, we cannot guarantee a delivery time or date as this is outside of our control.

In the unlikely event that an item you have chosen is out of stock, we will inform you and ask whether you would like to substitute an alternative, cancel the item from your order, or have us post the item to you immediately it is back in stock.

Return of goods, damage claims and order cancellations

If you are dissatisfied with any goods you have purchased from us we will be happy to exchange them or issue a refund if you notify us within seven days of receipt, subject to the goods being unused and in their original packaging. Please do not return goods until you have contacted us. If the goods are being returned to us due to our error or if they are faulty or damaged, we will refund you for the returned goods and any return postage costs. We ask that you obtain a proof of posting certificate from the Post Office when returning goods as we cannot be held responsible for returned goods being lost or damaged in transit. Should you want us to replace the goods, we will refund any return postage costs and replace the goods at our cost. In all other cases, all postage costs associated with returning the goods and providing replacements will be at your expense.
